Information We Collect From Potential Customers (Leads)

Through our advertising and AI qualification process, we collect information from potential customers seeking home services:

Google Ads and Advertising Data

Promoza operates Google Ads campaigns on behalf of our customers. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, all advertising accounts are owned and managed by Promoza. We collect and process:

This data is used to optimize ad campaigns and improve lead quality. Under the default arrangement, you do not have direct access to the Google Ads accounts as they are Promoza-owned assets. In cases where a written agreement specifies that the advertising account belongs to you, Promoza still collects and processes the above data to provide and improve the Service.

AI-Powered Lead Qualification

We use artificial intelligence to qualify leads before they are delivered to you. Our AI system:

Conversations with our AI qualification system may be recorded and analyzed to improve service quality.

Call Recording

Some phone calls routed to you (the service provider) from the advertising campaigns we run may be recorded. These recordings are used to:

Call recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized Promoza personnel. Recordings are retained for up to 12 months and are then deleted. By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of calls generated through our advertising campaigns.

Lead Exclusivity

All leads delivered to you are 100% exclusive. We do not sell, share, or distribute lead information to multiple contractors. Each qualified lead is delivered only to you and is not shared with any other service business or third party.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or lead data. We may share information with:

• cloudService Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (payment processors, email services, cloud hosting)
• ads_clickGoogle: Information necessary to run advertising campaigns through Google Ads

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained for up to 24 months after delivery for service improvement and dispute resolution purposes. After account termination, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
